Some users are experiencing issues with their printers going offline after the latest update. This is likely due to a compatibility issue with the printer drivers.

How to fix it

1. Restart your printer.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Open Settings.
4. Click on Bluetooth & devices.
5. Click on Printers & scanners.
6. Select your printer and click Remove device.
