Bluetooth Connection Issue on iOS

Apple's upcoming iOS update may cause Bluetooth connections to fail, leading to frustration for users. We recommend restarting the device and checking the Bluetooth settings.

What it looks like

• Bluetooth connection failed
• Device not detected

How to fix it

1. Open Settings.
2. Click Bluetooth.
3. Find the device you're trying to connect to.
4. Tap the 'i' icon next to it.
5. Tap Forget This Device.
6. Try connecting again.
